The British company VHS Hydraulic Components Ltd., which joined the group in 2002 and appreciated over the Channel for the same technical and human values ​​that characterize Parmafluid, strengthened its position in the UK and Irish markets by completing the acquisition of Neilson Hydraulics & Engineering Ltd in 2018

The latest acquisition is an important step forward in the group's growth project, thanks to the presence of a top-level brand portfolio accompanied by experience and recognized technical professionalism such as that of Neilson Hydraulics. Thus, we are now able to offer our UK and Irish customers local cylinder manufacturing and repair and world-class support in industrial electronics and complete system design.

Today the turnover of our group exceeds €20 million and is able to offer the market a wide warehouse of hydraulic material aiming to be a reference player in the oledynamic sector in Italy, Great Britain and Europe.
