Parmafluid enters the share capital of Aliauto Italia

A new strategic agreement for the hydraulic sector

Parmafluid Srl and Aliauto Italia Srl are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement for Parmafluid to acquire a strategic shareholding in Aliauto. This important step, which will be ratified in the coming weeks, marks the beginning of a partnership aimed at strengthening the presence and competitiveness of both companies in the global market of hydraulics and industrial testing.

The agreement is based on a shared vision of innovation, quality, and international growth, integrating complementary skills and operational synergies.

Who is Aliauto

Aliauto Italia is a globally recognized player in the design and manufacturing of test benches for high-tech hydraulic and mechanical components. The company offers innovative and customized solutions designed in compliance with international standards, and has recently established Test Alliance to significantly expand its machinery park. With proven expertise in repairing hydraulic components, Aliauto utilizes test benches installed at its production site to ensure precision and reliability in its testing and quality control processes.

Key Strengths of the Agreement:

1. Strengthening Technological Leadership in Hydraulic Test Benches: by maintaining and enhancing their production sites, the two companies aim to become a global benchmark in the production of hydraulic test benches, expanding their range, increasing test bench performance, and meeting all production, R&D, and service needs wherever reliable and high-quality testing is required.
2. Expansion in the Industrial Service Sector: Aliauto will enable Parmafluid to enter the repair sector for piston units, proportional valves, and servovalves, thus strengthening its offering in industrial services. This strategic development aims to position the Parmafluid group as one of the most comprehensive hydraulics entities in the market, expanding the solutions available to its customers and enhancing post-sales services.
3. Enhanced International Support and Assistance: thanks to Aliauto’s network and expertise, Parmafluid will be able to improve maintenance and support for both existing installations and future production plants, in Italy and abroad, offering an even more effective and prompt service to its customers.
