White srl with Parmafluid

Cylinders and components at the heart of the integration strategy

Parmafluid Group continues its strategic growth path by welcoming White Srl, a Modena-based company recognized as a leader in the design and production of high-end hydraulic cylinders, both standard and customized.

The agreement for the company’s entry into the Group, which will be finalized in the coming weeks, ensures growth and continuity for the existing PF cylinder production division, enhancing White’s expertise in custom design and high-performance cylinder manufacturing.
Through this operation, Parmafluid Group strengthens its in-house manufacturing capabilities, adding to its existing distribution and system integration activities an expanded production capacity for strategic hydraulic components such as cylinders.

Founded in Modena and boasting a solid reputation in the industry, White has established itself over the years for the high design and construction quality of its cylinders, used in agricultural machinery, earthmoving equipment, industrial plants, and special applications.
The company goes beyond linear actuator production, offering a complete and customized supply of components, including valves, diverters, quick couplings, and pre-assembled hoses ready for installation on machines. This approach has allowed it to stand out in the market as a reliable partner for OEMs and system integrators.

This new synergy marks a key step in the Group’s horizontal integration strategy, aimed at offering the market complete hydraulic solutions, with direct control over the entire hydraulic range — from components to power units, from cylinders to integrated systems.

White is a company with high-level technical expertise and a vision perfectly aligned with that of the Group: innovation, quality, and service. It will be a key partner for us in offering an even more comprehensive portfolio,” said Federico Ferrari, Sales Director of Parmafluid.

We have always believed in high-quality cylinders designed and manufactured internally as a strategic product to integrate tailor-made solutions in every application sector — and we are very proud of this. White Srl represents our desire to continue believing in and growing together with all the people on our cylinder team. Welcome aboard!” added Eleonora Filippini, part of the second generation of the Parmafluid Group.

Beyond the technological and production aspects, the operation also brings an additional strategic component: White’s ability to build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, based on flexibility, reliability, and listening to specific needs. A philosophy that perfectly aligns with that of Parmafluid Group, focused on building an industrial ecosystem capable of generating shared value, both inside and outside the Group.

Luca Vaccari, CEO of White Srl, commented: “Joining the Parmafluid Group means strengthening our development capabilities and opening ourselves to new markets and synergies. We want to continue growing while staying true to our technical vocation, but with a stronger structure behind us. Together, we can build something greater than the sum of its parts.”

The Group thus further enriches its already well-structured organization, which includes, in addition to Parmafluid and White, the English sister companies VHS Hydraulic Components and Neilson Hydraulics & Engineering, as well as the Modena-based Aliauto Italia.

An increasingly integrated industrial network capable of offering components from the best brands, cylinders, test benches, power units, manifolds, and service and repair solutions for a wide range of sectors and applications, both mobile and industrial.

The joint presence will be showcased at upcoming major international trade fairs, including EXCON India 2025 in Bangalore and GEOFLUID 2026 in Piacenza, where the Group will present to the market the added value of its complete range — ready to embrace the challenges of technological evolution and global competitiveness in the hydraulic sector.
